Depth rating, bezel action, lume quality, bracelet vs. rubber -- what matters most to you in a dive watch, and which one earned a permanent spot in your rotation?

I really like the Seiko Marinmaster 300 line. They are really robust and feel tool like. A bit chunk and heavy, but if you use the the rubber strap, it becomes much more mangeable.
